Underground Sports:
According to Scripture, we are supposed to present our bodies a living sacrifice. We are also supposed to be sanctified and kept blameless Spirit, Soul and Body. In addition to knowing that it is important to God for us to be sanctified in our bodies, we also know that sports are a great draw and provide a great way to build relationships.
The gym has provided us a great location to keep physically active all winter long.
We offer self-defense from a trained instructor. This has allowed us to train youth physically and mentally.
